By accessing or using Finmarkers ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Finmarkers is a trading discipline platform that provides journaling tools, AI-powered coaching, trading setup management, study materials, and trade logging. The Service is designed to help traders improve their discipline and decision-making.

3. Not Financial Advice

Finmarkers is an educational and organizational tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the content, AI responses, or analysis as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. All trading decisions are your sole responsibility.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service beyond normal use
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription (Pro plan). Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. AI Features

AI-powered features (Coach, Deep Research, analysis) use third-party AI models. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should not rely on AI responses for trading decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including its design, code, and features. You grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
